You complain against the government in kopitiam,you talk loud loud. Leave anonymous comments on blogs,you also talk loud loud. Attend ceramah by DAP,you shout loud loud. Then when Opposition organize a protest and ask you to go,you don’t want,scared later kena tangkap by ISA.

9) Every year on the 30th April,you are one of the people queuing up last minute to submit your income tax form.

10) When you pay RM10 for something that cost RM1,you blame the Chinese.

11) When a government service is too slow,you blame the Malays.

12) When a building is not good and collapsed,you blame the Indians.

13) When a Chinese student won a scholarship,you say: “Wah! Very clever hor?” When a Malay student won a scholarship,you say: “Aiya! Of course lah! He Malay mah!”

Kita sering dimomokkan oleh masalah orang Melayu yang masih ketinggalan walaupun UMNO sudah 53 tahun memerintah. Apakah mereka tidak buat kajian dahulu sebelum bercakap? Kadar kemiskinan negara semakin berkurangan sejak tahun demi tahun. Kadar kemiskinan di Malaysia berkurang kepada 3.6 peratus pada tahun 2007 daripada 5.7 peratus pada tahun 2004. Kadar kemiskinan di kawasan luar bandar turun kepada 7.1 peratus berbanding 11.9 peratus pada tahun 2004. Pada tahun 1960, kadar kemiskinan negara berada pada tahap 48.3 peratus.

Usaha kerajaan dibawah DEB berkesan membangunkan orang Melayu. Namun malangnya hasad dengki DAP dan Melayu-Melayu bullshit yang kecewa tidak dapat jawatan dalam UMNO mahu DEB dihapuskan.

Sekurang-kurangnya Melayu susah sekarang, kerajaan masih Melayu. Jika kerajaan dikawal oleh Cina DAP, apakah anda fikir nasib golongan Melayu ini akan bertambah bagus?

I was walking at Sunway Pyramid on a rainy Saturday. I was waiting for my friend who went to slimming center. Bored while waiting, I walked around the mall and saw this advertisement in front of Giordano boutique. I’m  just wondering is this the latest trend in advertising? Don’t get me wrong okay..

NEW DELHI: An Indian national who wanted to return to his native village from Saudi Arabia found an easy and cheap way to travel home. He locked himself up in the toilet of an Air India plane.

Habib Hussein, 26, from Moradabad district in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, employed as a ground handler at the Medina Airport, decided to return to his homeland after six months as he was unhappy with his job, reported the Sunday Times.

Last Friday, Habib, boarded the Airbus A330 to do maintenance work and locked himself in the toilet for almost 45 minutes, until the plane took off.

Quoting eyewitness, the newspaper reported: “Habib walked out and sat on a vacant seat but he easily stood out among the Haj pilgrims because he was still in overalls.”

The special Haj plane was carrying 273 passengers from Medina to Jaipur.

In Jaipur, Habib, who was a farmer once, confessed to police that he was not paid regularly and his employer held his passport.

So, he had little choice but to sneak into the plane, said the Sunday Times.

Now, Habib’s daring escape, a serious security breach, has created headache for the airline and airport officials.

Investigations are being conducted to find out how the plane crew missed the intruder. Police plan to take action against Habib and the airline. — Bernama

I miss DPA rite now

Buy now?Or buy after I’m married…which mean I have to wait until 2011 onwards.

There are pros and cons.

If i buy now, the house will be completed in 2 years time which will give me ample time to save money for the house furnishing.

After 2 years also, I’ll be more stable. Buying now means planning for future, for my future wife, kids, family. After all, it is husband responsibility to provide that to the family.

I don’t need to pay the monthly installment rite now, I only pay after the house is completed. Although some money need to be forked out for down payment.

Property price will always increase. A double storey cost RM330k today will cost RM380k next year. By 2011, the same house price is RM400k++. By that time, my purchasing power is increased but I’m not sure whether i can afford the same house. It depends on the household income.

How about cons?

Buying rite now means I will be tied up with a commitment for about 20 years. I have to limit my other spending for the sake of my dream house.

Maybe in the next 2-3 years I’ll found a much better house than rite now.

I may be transferred to somewhere else outside Klang Valley.

Maybe I should wait for my wife and me to be more stable first and then we will decide to buy a property.

In the meantime, I can stay in Putrajaya first.

Insyallah, the money for marriage is there already, now its time for future, where I will raise my family. Where my generation will grow.

I’ll make the best decision for the sake of our future.

p/s – To my future wife, I hope you understand why I’m doing this. This is for our future. Our family. I need to make sure our family will grow in the  best environment I can afford to. I know I’m planning too far ahead. However, I’m not gonna make the decision without you, we will discuss and make decision together.

Yesterday nite, after watching Natrah, I was sending my girlfriend to her campus. It’s already late when we arrived, thus I couldnt’t go into female hostel and had to drop her at the gate.

There was a female guard over there, when she saw us, she said to us that my car plate no. has just won 1st price jackpot (W**1700). She further said that she should have bought the number before, had she bought it, she’d be rich in seconds. She didn’t stop there, the guard told us we are so unlucky for not buying the number haha…She continued cursing…

The time I have been waiting all this has come. Tomorrow will be the day when I can finally see the product of Sidang Redaksi’s hard work for the past 3 months. Tomorow I’ll be able to see the magazine of DPA 1/2009 – Memento.

I have high hope on the magazine. Ya Allah, aku mohonkan kepada Mu, berkatilah usahaku selama ini.Amin

HERE’s a simple “secret” to ensure longevity for men – stare at women’s breasts for 10 minutes a day to live an additional five years.

Both Sin Chew Daily and China Press reported that a German research published in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that men ogling at breasts for 10 minutes a day was equivalent to a 30-minute gym workout.

Sin Chew Daily reported yesterday that the team had spent five years researching 200 men.

Results showed that men who liked to stare at women’s breasts have lower blood pressure, suffer less cardiovascular disease and have slower heart beat.

The daily also quoted gerontologist Dr Karen Weatherby as saying that sexual desire ensured better blood circulation and led to better health.

However, it was reported that reporters had attempted to search the article in the journal’s website but failed. Thus, there were doubts whether there was indeed such an article in the journal.
