Teamwork

If there is anything I learned from DPA after 7 months, I’d say that I understand more rite now about teamwork and friendship in a team. Working in a team for Sidang Redaksi is not easy as it might seem..The most difficult creature to manage is human..They will always try avoid responsibility given.

Motivating a team and pushing them towards achieving goals are the main objective in a team. Towards achieving the goals, the process of achieving the goals also must be systematic. This is to ensure that the procedure is adhered during organization management.

Sidang Redaksi team burned the midnight oil to complete the magazine. A commitment and desire that was expected from a specially selected team with one objective : To publish a magazine for DPA 1/2009 within 2months. The major problem is we don’t have time to sit down together. Every day is a busy day with full schedule.

Finally,during Urban Research week, we are able to sit down together and complete the magazine.

We have achieved these much so far, we are almost there.

It’s not about the destination, it’s about the climb!

Reality VS Memory

 

Deep inside, we hope the reality does not fade away..because when the reality fades..the memory begins…

Started from today’s morning at 9am…all members of Sidang Redaksi are camping in Dewan Kasturi at INTAN Bukit Kiara to complete the magazine for DPA Bil. 1/2009…

The gathering today is so effective. We should’ve done this long time before. However, due to time constraint, it is such just so difficult to gather all the members together. The work today is just so effective and made quite a remarkable achievement.
Completion of the magazine means a lot to the whole batch of DPA 1/2009..

This is the memento of DPA 1/2009.

This magazine will be the most remarkable achievement of DPA 1/2009.

The networking of DPA 1/2009 will starts from the magazine.

When they look back at the magazine for the next 10 years, they will remember again the sweet memories of DPA 1/2009. Their friends during up and down….

I personally feel grateful that I have a very dedicated team to complete the magazine. Each of the member has a very unique character and ability.

However, the magazine is not completed yet.

Tomorrow, we will continue to sit down together to complete the magazine as soon as possible.

Kelantan VS Negeri Sembilan

Jurulatih Selangor, K. Devan memilih Kelantan akan muncul sebagai juara berikutan mereka mempunyai pemain seperti Norfarhan Mohamad dan Indra Putra Mahayuddin yang mampu untuk menentukan perlawanan.

Mohd. Azraai Khor Abdullah, yang kini menjadi Jurulatih Harimau Muda juga meramalkan Kelantan akan memenangi perlawanan esok, kerana memiliki gandingan serangan yang mantap terutamanya Indra, Khalid Jamlus, Norfarhan dan juga Che Hishamuddin Hassan.

”Patuhilah segala peraturan Persatuan Bola Sepak Malaysia (FAM) dan jagalah nama baik Kelantan sepanjang perlawanan itu nanti,” kata Tan Sri Anuar Musa.
